Rooted in history, sweet and savoury coexist in grains, meats, fruits, and nuts with saffron, rosewater, and delicate herbs. Shaped by centuries of Levantine, Greek, Turkish, and Russian influence, signature plates such as Fesenjoon and Kabab Koobideh exemplify this art, offering the nuanced depth of centuries of Persian culinary culture.
