The 2024-2025 UAE Dolphin Survey will continue with seasonal boat-based surveys with the support of volunteers and Atlantis Dubai colleagues. The project will also focus on deploying acoustic monitoring devices and expanding public awareness.

This project will investigate the status of the Indian Ocean humpback dolphin in the south of Kuwait. Through boat-based survey, it will gather vital visual and acoustic data to obtain an accurate picture of the species’ occurrence and distribution in this area.
